Customer Agreement
This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing the provision of any services by WE DO Enterprise. By placing an order for services, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

WE DO Enterprise Service Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Only the owner, legally authorized trustee, or partner of the customer may order services from WE DO Enterprise. -
Billing
The cost of services will be calculated based on the scope of work and the work area. All charges will be clearly outlined in the service agreement. -
Purchasing Services
The customer must purchase the appropriate amount of services based on the scope of work and the work area. Service quantity and frequency should match the specific needs of the property. -
Service Limitations
WE DO Enterprise reserves the right to refuse service if there are any issues that prevent the provision of services, such as access limitations, hazardous conditions, or other obstructions. Services will resume once such issues have been resolved. -
Access to Work Area
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible for the provision of services. If the work area is not accessible, the customer must reschedule within 24 hours, or additional charges may apply. -
Liability
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for any damage caused to objects or property located in the work area or surrounding areas during the provision of services. Customers are advised to remove or secure any items that could be at risk. -
Accuracy of Information
The customer must provide accurate and complete information about the work area to ensure accurate pricing and service delivery. Any inaccuracies may result in additional charges or service delays. -
Payment
Payment must be made in full before or upon completion of the services, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties. Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. -
Refunds
WE DO Enterprise does not offer refunds for services. In unusual cases where a refund is applicable, a 25% administrative fee will be applied.

Lawn Mowing Terms & Conditions
WE DO Enterprise Lawn Mowing Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
By requesting services from WE DO Enterprise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These services are available only to the owner, legally authorized trustee, or partner of the property. -
Billing
Billing for lawn mowing services is based on the height of the grass and the lawn area, up to 2,500 square feet. Charges apply for every 5 inches of grass height. -
Purchase Requirements
Customers must purchase the appropriate quantity of lawn mowing services based on their grass height or lawn area, up to 2,500 square feet. -
Lawn Condition
In the event of obstacles, undisclosed waste, environmental obstructions, or any issues affecting the condition of the lawn, WE DO Enterprise reserves the right to refuse service until such issues are resolved. -
Accessibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the lawn is accessible. Failure to provide proper access may result in rescheduling within 24 hours or potential service loss. -
Limitation of Liability
WE DO Enterprise disclaims any liability for damage to objects or property within the lawn or its surrounding areas. Customers are responsible for the removal of any objects or obstacles from the lawn that may impede the service. -
Information Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete information about the lawn to ensure accurate pricing and successful service delivery. -
Payment
Payment for lawn mowing services must be made in full before or upon completion of the service, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Payment can be made by the methods specified by WE DO Enterprise. -
Service Cancellation
To cancel a scheduled service, a minimum notice of 48 hours is required. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a 25% cancellation fee. -
Refunds
WE DO Enterprise does not offer refunds for our services. If a refund is applicable, a 25% administrative fee will be applied.

WE DO Enterprise Fertilizing & Weed Control Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
By requesting fertilizing and weed control services from WE DO Enterprise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These services are available only to the owner, legally authorized trustee, or partner of the property. -
Service Scope
Fertilizing and weed control services include the application of fertilizers, herbicides, and other treatments to promote lawn health and control weeds as specified in the service agreement. -
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that the treatment areas are accessible and that pets and children are kept away during and after application as advised by the technician. -
Limitation of Liability
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for any adverse effects on plants, lawn, or other vegetation due to pre-existing conditions or the customer’s failure to follow post-treatment guidelines. -
Information Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete information about the lawn and treatment area to ensure effective service delivery. -
Payment
Payment for fertilizing and weed control services must be made in full before or upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon. -
Service Cancellation
To cancel a scheduled fertilizing or weed control service, a minimum notice of 48 hours is required. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a 25% cancellation fee. -
Refunds
WE DO Enterprise does not offer refunds for fertilizing and weed control services. If a refund is applicable, a 25% administrative fee will be applied.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that the garden area is free of obstacles and provide access for WE DO Enterprise to perform the services. Any specific instructions regarding plant care or garden layout should be communicated in advance. -
Limitation of Liability
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for damage to plants, garden ornaments, or other garden features unless due to negligence on our part. Customers are responsible for safeguarding delicate or valuable items in the garden. -
Information Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate information about the garden's condition and layout to ensure successful service delivery. -
Payment
Payment for garden care services must be made in full before service unless mutually agreed otherwise. -
Service Cancellation
To cancel a scheduled garden care service, a minimum notice of 48 hours is required. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a 25% cancellation fee. -
Refunds

WE DO Enterprise Snow & Ice Management Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
By requesting snow removal services from WE DO Enterprise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These services are available only to businesses or entities legally authorized to manage the property in question. -
Service Scope
WE DO Enterprise provides snow removal services for commercial driveways and walkways as specified in the service agreement. Services include snow plowing, shoveling, and de-icing. -
Timing and Conditions
Snow removal services will be performed based on the agreed schedule or upon snowfall exceeding a specified depth, as outlined in the service agreement. WE DO Enterprise is not responsible for the timing of snow removal if the snowfall occurs outside of the agreed service hours. -
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that all vehicles and obstacles are cleared from driveways and walkways before the scheduled snow removal service. Failure to do so may result in incomplete service or rescheduling, which may incur additional charges. -
Limitation of Liability
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for damage to property, landscaping, or surfaces due to snow removal activities, including but not limited to plowing, shoveling, or de-icing, unless caused by negligence. Customers are responsible for pre-existing conditions on the property. -
Information Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the property, including driveway and walkway dimensions and any specific service requirements. Incorrect information may result in service delays or additional charges. -
Payment
Payment for snow removal services must be made in full before service unless otherwise agreed upon. WE DO Enterprise reserves the right to withhold service if payment is not received as agreed. -
Service Cancellation
To cancel a scheduled snow removal service, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the service charge. -
Refunds
WE DO Enterprise does not offer refunds for snow removal services. If a refund is applicable, a 25% administrative fee will be applied. -
Force Majeure
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for delays or failures to provide snow removal services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseen events.

Eligibility
By requesting home cleaning services from WE DO Enterprise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These services are available only to the owner, legally authorized trustee, or partner of the property. -
Service Scope
Home cleaning services include general cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing as specified in the service agreement. -
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure that the areas to be cleaned are accessible and free of excessive clutter. Specific cleaning instructions should be communicated in advance. -
Limitation of Liability
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for damage to personal property or items left in the cleaning area unless due to negligence on our part. -
Information Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate information about the property and areas to be cleaned to ensure effective service delivery. -
Payment
Payment for home cleaning services must be made in full before the service unless mutually agreed otherwise. -
Service Cancellation
To cancel a scheduled home cleaning service, a minimum notice of 48 hours is required. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a 25% cancellation fee. -
Refunds
WE DO Enterprise does not offer refunds for home cleaning services. If a refund is applicable, a 25% administrative fee will be applied.

Pest Control Terms & Conditions
WE DO Enterprise Pest Control Terms & Conditions

Pests to be Controlled
Refer to the invoice or the front of the Pest Guard Agreement. The sole obligation of WE DO Enterprise under this agreement is to provide pest treatments as outlined in accordance with the terms and conditions.1.1. Pest-Free Guarantee and Treatment
If there is persistent insect activity on the interior, as identified on the invoice or agreement, it will be covered as a re-treatment. WE DO Enterprise agrees to treat the target insect activity as indicated on the invoice or agreement. If WE DO Enterprise is unable to control and/or eliminate the interior insect activity after no fewer than three treatments within a quarterly period (three months) of this agreement, the customer is entitled to stop the service agreement with no fee and receive a refund for the last charge. There will be no added charges, other than those indicated on the invoice or agreement, to treat any insect activity on the interior of the home. -
Customer Obligations
The customer agrees to receive and pay for the treatment outlined on the invoice or agreement and to make the premises available to WE DO Enterprise to perform such treatments.2.1. The customer is responsible for following the guidelines set forth by the technician and ensuring the safety of any guests, pets, or property during the extermination process.
2.2. The exterminator technician requires occupants to vacate the treatment area for up to one hour.
2.3. The customer is responsible for decluttering, organizing, and cleaning up the treatment area to be accessible by the technician.
2.4. Customers are advised to put food, countertop, and dish items in bags and store them away from the treatment area. Once the extermination is complete, items can be put away.
2.5. Customers are advised to move furniture away from walls so that the technician can apply treatment to the baseboards, crevices, and other areas.

Future Damage and Limitation of Liability
3.1. This agreement does not guarantee against present or future insect damage to buildings or contents nor provide for repair or compensation.
3.2. This agreement does not provide for the control or prevention of termites, any other wood-destroying insects, organisms, or any other pest not identified herein. If carpenter ant coverage is selected, it will be provided. CUSTOMER expressly waives and releases WE DO Enterprise from any liability and/or claim for personal injury, structural damage, or damage to contents caused by wood-destroying insects, organisms, or any other arthropods listed or not listed in this agreement.
3.3. WE DO Enterprise does not guarantee against the elimination of bed bugs or against the present or future presence of any other arthropods or pests. WE DO Enterprise is not liable for consequential damages to the property or its contents sustained by the customer as a result of bed bugs or any other arthropods or pests. WE DO Enterprise is not liable for any form of repairs to buildings or their contents. WE DO Enterprise is not liable for any injury or damages resulting from contact with any product used by WE DO Enterprise to treat the premises. WE DO Enterprise's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer to WE DO Enterprise for treatments rendered.

Cancellation
4.1. Cancellation of this agreement must be in writing and made prior to 30 days before the next scheduled treatment. Cancellation prior to the completion of the initial 12-month agreement period will result in an early termination fee equal to the cost of one recurring service charge.
4.2. THERE IS NO CANCELLATION FEE AFTER THE INITIAL 12-MONTH PERIOD. Should the customer choose to refuse service either upon the arrival of the service technician at the premises or days before the next scheduled service visit, and the INITIAL SERVICE has already been performed, the customer shall be charged as indicated on this invoice or agreement for that quarterly period.
4.3. THERE IS NO CANCELLATION FEE EITHER BEFORE THE INITIAL SERVICE HAS BEEN PERFORMED NOR AFTER THE INITIAL 12-MONTH PERIOD HAS ELAPSED.

Schedule of Treatments
WE DO Enterprise will treat the premises on a quarterly schedule or 15 days from the month indicated in the SCHEDULE on the invoice or agreement. WE DO Enterprise reserves the right to change the treatment schedule if necessary and will advise the customer should this occur. -
Disclaimer
WE DO Enterprise's liability under this agreement will be terminated if WE DO Enterprise is prevented from fulfilling its responsibilities under the terms of this agreement due to transportation shortages of fuel and/or materials, strikes, embargoes, fires, floods, quarantine restrictions, natural disasters, or any other act of God or circumstances beyond the control of WE DO Enterprise. -
Customer Responsibilities
Customer agrees to notify WE DO Enterprise prior to treatments of any occupants that are allergic or sensitive to the products used. Additionally, the customer agrees not to tamper with or modify control devices used for pest control protection -
Pricing
Customer acknowledges that the price of services provided may need to increase over time due to economic inflation and/or the increased costs of providing high-quality service. WE DO Enterprise agrees that there shall be no increase in price during the customer's initial service term.

Logistics Delivery Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
By requesting logistics delivery services from WE DO Enterprise, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These services are available only to businesses or individuals legally authorized to ship or receive cargo. -
Service Scope
WE DO Enterprise provides local and regional cargo delivery services as specified in the service agreement. This includes the transportation of goods within designated areas. -
Cargo Preparation
Customers are responsible for properly packaging and labeling all cargo. WE DO Enterprise reserves the right to refuse improperly packaged or hazardous materials. -
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided based on the destination and current service schedules. WE DO Enterprise is not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. -
Limitation of Liability
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of cargo during transit unless due to negligence on our part. Liability is limited to the amount specified in the service agreement. -
Information Accuracy
Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the cargo, including weight, dimensions, and delivery addresses. Any discrepancies may result in additional charges or delays. -
Payment
Payment for logistics delivery services must be made in full before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed upon. WE DO Enterprise reserves the right to withhold delivery until payment is received. -
Service Cancellation
To cancel a scheduled delivery, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the delivery charge. -
Refunds
WE DO Enterprise does not offer refunds for delivery services. If a refund is applicable, a 25% administrative fee will be applied. -
Force Majeure
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for delays or failures to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

WE DO Enterprise Digital Media Services Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
Digital media services from WE DO Enterprise are available only to clients who are the rightful owners or authorized representatives of the business or project for which services are being requested. -
Service Scope
WE DO Enterprise offers a variety of digital media services, including but not limited to video promotions, audio engineering, logo design, die-cut stickers, vinyl decals, branding kits, website development, installations, and computer builds. Specific details of each service will be outlined in the individual service agreement. -
Project Specifications
Clients must provide clear and complete project specifications, including but not limited to design preferences, technical requirements, and any relevant content. WE DO Enterprise is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information. -
Revisions and Approvals
WE DO Enterprise will provide a set number of revisions for each project, as outlined in the service agreement. Any additional revisions beyond this may incur extra charges. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final designs and deliverables. -
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times will be provided for each project based on the complexity and scope of work. WE DO Enterprise is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or client-related issues. -
Installation Services
For installations related to digital media projects, clients must ensure that the installation site is prepared and accessible. WE DO Enterprise is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from site-related issues. -
Limitation of Liability
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our digital media services. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service provided. -
Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will receive ownership rights to the final deliverables, excluding any third-party content or tools used in the creation process. WE DO Enterprise retains the right to use project work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon. -
Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Full payment is required upon completion of the project or as agreed upon in the contract. WE DO Enterprise reserves the right to withhold deliverables until payment is received. -
Cancellations and Refunds
Clients may cancel services before project commencement with no penalty. Cancellations after work has begun may incur charges based on the amount of work completed. WE DO Enterprise does not offer refunds once a project is completed and delivered. In unusual cases where a refund is applicable, a 25% administrative fee will be applied. -
Force Majeure
WE DO Enterprise is not liable for delays or failures to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
